Structural design works out how a building carries its loads safely to the ground: the foundations, columns, beams and slabs, their sizes and their reinforcement. Good structural design keeps the building safe while avoiding wasted concrete and steel.

Residential Bungalows and Multi-Storey Buildings

For homes and apartment buildings we design the complete RCC frame, from footings and plinth beams to columns, beams, slabs and staircases, coordinated with the architectural drawings so the structure suits the planned layout.

Commercial Buildings

Shops, showrooms and commercial complexes need larger open spans and heavier loads. We design structures that keep floors open and flexible for tenants.

ESR and Industrial Sheds

We design elevated storage reservoirs (overhead water tanks) and industrial sheds for factories, warehouses and workshops, where the structure has to carry water loads, wind and crane or machine loads.

Why do I need a structural designer for my house?

A structural designer makes sure the foundations, columns, beams and slabs can safely carry the weight of the building and its use. A proper design also avoids using more concrete and steel than needed, which saves money.
