We value land and plots, flats, bungalows and row houses, shops, offices and complexes, and industrial buildings and sheds.
Bank and home loans
Banks use our valuation to decide the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio on a home loan or loan against property, which sets how much they are willing to lend. We are empanelled with 30 lenders, so the report goes straight to your bank.

A property valuation report shows the applicant's financial worth and their ties to their home country. The same report can also be used for a bank loan or for computing capital gains.

Where are your offices?
We have two offices: A-722, Money Plant High Street, Jagatpur Road, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad 382470, and F-4, Kohinoor Avenue, Navjivan Cross Road, Sardar Ganj, Patan 384265. Both are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Are your valuation reports accepted by banks?
Yes. We are empanelled as valuers with 30 banks, housing finance companies, NBFCs and co-operative banks, including State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank and Union Bank of India.
Which documents do I need for a property valuation?
Usually the sale deed or title deed, the approved building plan, the 7/12 extract or property card, building use (BU) permission where applicable, the latest property tax bill and the owner's ID proof. Your bank or embassy may ask for more depending on the purpose.
